Cheri Loope is an accomplished rock singer and keyboardist. Cheri has been playing rock 40 years. She went on the road playing the Southeast circuit starting in 1985. Bands included Armoured Charm, White Wing, The Zoo, Cheri Loope and the Living Daylights, Lois Lane and then Avalanche. Avalanche opened for Black Crowes in Michigan in 1990 for 5,000 people. They also opened for Ace Frehley, Smithereens and more. Cheri left the road in 1991 after 8 years to seek success in Nashville. After many various musical projects, Cheri moved back to Knoxville TN in 2011 and started the band HardWired. She also played with the Rodney & Tony Play 1 Drink 1 show on Rock Legends Cruise in 2017 and 2019 featuring members of Foghat. HardWired played the Easy Riders Festival in Chillicothe, Ohio, opened for Jake E Lee's Red Dragon Cartel in 2016, LA Guns in 2017, Foghat, Pat Travers in 2019, and played Monsters on the Mountain Oct. 2021. She also played at SallyBrooke Farm in Bacliffe, TX with Kirk McKim from Billy Bob Thornton's BoxMasters & Pat Travers, and Pat Marchino from Pat Travers. Cheri sang in the Rare Hare Jam on Monsters of Rock Cruise February, 2022 with members of Vixen, Resist & Bite and Black & Blue. She sang in the Rare Hare Jam for Michael Wagener in Nashville May, 2022 with Jack Gibson from Exodus.
Cheri wrote new songs with Anthony Esposito of Lynch Mob and Jake E Lee's Red Dragon Cartel for her solo album released August 26, 2022. Anthony owns Obscenic Arts studio in Pennsylvania and engineered, produced and played bass on the album. Go to the Media tab to get your copy!
